1. Check-In:
1.1. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation and check-in.
1.2. A valid government-issued photo ID (Except PAN Card) are required for check-in.
1.3. Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late
check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Reservations:
2.1. The visitor/guest is completely accountable for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and
assessments arising out of the use of the website/Property.
2.2. Please make advance reservation to ensure room availability. Advance Payment of
100% is mandatory to obtain the confirmed reservation.
2.3. Rates displayed online are not guaranteed until the confirmation voucher is
generated. The rates are generally dynamic. Once a rate is selected and transaction is
executed no other rate is applicable either higher or lower and enforce no refund is
admissible.
2.4. The cost for the stay includes the confirmed room rate, taxes & fees. The actual taxes
etc. prevalent during stay shall be applicable, which may vary from the estimates and
the guest is liable to pay any extra cost on account of such amendments in taxes etc.
2.5. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the reservation if it appears, at sole discretion
of the Property, that a guest is engaged in fraudulent, illegal or other inappropriate
activity or the reservation is obtained fraudulently or with any bad intention or error
or mistake.
2.6. Upon check-in to the Property, please present the reservation confirmation voucher
along with valid photo ID card issued by the Government.
2.7. All promotion or sale rates are restrictive fares and are non-refundable. Certain
promotion or sale rates do not permit any changes in the Property booking. Hotel
Kadamb Tree reserves the right to withdraw and/or amend the promotion or sale
without any prior notice.
2.8. All extra services & amenities are not part of this room booking will be available at an
additional charges only.
2.9. In case of non-availability of pre-booked room at the time of arrival, the ProperƩy will
offer an alternate similar standard Hotel and in a similar room type, at its discretion
and without any further liability.
3. Children
3.1. Child up to 6 years can stay free of charge with parents without an extra bed.
3.2. Children above 06 years of age will be treated as young adults and the prevalent
reservation charges will be applicable and levied.
4. Rates may change without notice or may vary for special events except for confirmed
reservation against the advance payment.
5. Guests with local id and unmarried couples are not allowed to stay in the rooms.
5.1. The Property does not permit visitors in guest rooms
6. Payment :
6.1. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit/debit card at the time of
booking.
6.2. Full payment is required upon check-in. Additional charges for services and incidentals
will be billed at check-out.
6.3. The hotel accepts Cash/Credit Card/UPI/ Debit Card/Bank Transfers. Personal checks
are not accepted.
7. No-Show:
7.1. If the guest fails to arrive at the Property on the arrival date the entire reservation will
be cancelled automatically by the Property and will be charged for the entire
reservation and the booking will be considered as No-Show.
7.2. 2. If the guest unable to check in on the first date but still continues to plan to stay at
the Hotel, immediately contact Hotel to keep the room for the rest of the nights.
Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no
refund permissible & the booking will be treated as No-Show.
