Cancellation
8.1. In case of the cancellation, ensure to inform us in writing the cancellations or
amendments in plan to the Property reservation department for a refund of deposit.
The guidelines in this regards are as under:-
8.2. The modification or the cancellation request for the bookings made online will be
processed automatically through the Internet Banking Payment Gateway Engine. Any
refund due shall be done through the system in accordance with the applicable
modification or cancellation rules. In case of rebooking, a rate difference may be
payable for the change as per the rate applicable for the rebooked date, room type
and subject to availability.
8.3. Any additional charges or rate difference for the modified reservation can be paid
through the same payment mode as used for original reservation.
8.4. Please note that if an online booking is modified or cancelled with the Property’s
reservations, it cannot be further modified or cancelled online.
8.5. The refund of the reservation done by the Travel Agent will be processed by the
issuing Travel Agent only and no refund admissible online.
8.6. In the event of cancellation of non-cancellable booking the client shall not be
refunded the amount paid towards making the reservation.
8.7. In case of early checkout, the guest is liable to pay for the entire confirmed
reservation.
8.8. Please note for the reservation of more than one room in that case all rooms are
determined as “reserved nights”. For an example, two rooms reserved for four nights
would be calculated as “eight reserved nights”, hence to such eight reserved nights
applicable cancellation period is 72 hours.
9. Upon cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take time between
two to four weeks to show refund back on your credit card or bank statement by deducting
bank or credit card charges from the advance. Reasons for the specified processing time
are based on processing time of the bank.
10. Room Policies:
10.1.Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. A cleaning fee will be
charged for violating this policy.
10.2.Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises in any condition.
10.3.Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay.
11. Guest Conduct:
11.1. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respecƞul and responsible manner,
refraining from any disruptive or unlawful behaviour.
11.2. The hotel reserves the right to evict guests who violate these terms without refund.
11.3. Guest are expected to observe the government rules and regulations in force from
time to time in respect of registration, alcoholic drinks, fire arms etc.
12. Safety and Security:
12.1. Guests are advised to use the hotel’s safes for valuable items. The hotel is not
responsible for loss or theŌ of personal property.
Emergency exits and procedures are clearly marked. Guests must familiarize
themselves with evacuation routes.
Hazardous goods: Storing of any article of a combustible or hazardous nature in
rooms is strictly prohibited.
13. Outside Food & Beverages are strictly Not ALLOWED
14. Amenities and Services:
14.1. The use of certain amenities may be subject to additional charges or require
reservations.
14.2. The hotel reserves the right to modify or discontinue amenities without notice.
15. Liability:
15.1. The hotel is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused
during the guest’s stay, unless directly resulting from the hotel’s negligence.
15.2. Guests are responsible for their personal well-being and the safety of their
belongings.
16. Rights of The Management
16.1. The management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any
person in the hotel premises , to request any guest to vacant the room at any moment
without previous notice and without assigning any reason what so ever and the guest
shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so .
17. Governing Law:
17.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jabalpur. Any disputes
shall be resolved in the courts of Jabalpur .
By making a reservation and checking in, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these
terms and conditions.
Management reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.
